It’s packed with high-end features inside and out, and gives those with a wanderlust heart the freedom to roam around in a detached home on wheels that makes the most of the space available.
Countless conversion shops are building adventure vans, but few builds are as intricate as this one. It's based on a 2023 All-wheel drive The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 van with 170″ wheelbase is equipped with every conceivable feature and comfort, from high-quality electrical systems to hydronic underfloor heating and permanent internet connection, with all the necessary components supplied by some of the biggest names in the industry.

This compact mobile home boasts a rugged exterior and is ready to take you off the beaten path. Visually, the Graphite Grey color scheme is accented with a stunning 3M matte black vinyl wrap on the hood and side skirts, while the van’s all-terrain ability is ensured by a set of Black Rhino off-road wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires and a Van Compass stage 4.3 suspension kit with adjustable front and rear shock absorbers.
Up front, the vehicle’s lighting system is enhanced by six LP9 Pro LED lights, while in the back, you’ll notice plenty of Owl Vans accessories, including a Monster Box for storage, an Explorer ladder with spare tire carrier, and a Rotopax fuel container. The van also comes equipped with Stoked Nerf bars, a high-capacity walk-on roof rack, and an awning.
Another great advantage of this new Vancini Conversions Sprinter-based camper is the grid-compatible electrical system, with 400-watt solar panels, a 48V 5000-watt Victron inverter/charger, a powerful battery pack and an intelligent control system, which ensures you have coverage even when you plan to be off the grid for long periods of time.

The van's interior has been carefully designed to make efficient use of the available space and include all the amenities needed for comfortable travel. It can safely carry four people and offers sleeping accommodation for the same number of people in an ingenious layout that maximizes functionality.
The driver's cabin is separated from the living area proper by a partition wall with a sliding door for easy access, and the unconventional floor plan appears to be divided into two different areas: the front area is dedicated to relaxation, dining and sleeping, while the rear of the van houses the kitchen, bathroom and garage.
When you open the side door, you discover a cleverly designed seating area that can seat up to five people. The benches feature comfortable cushions, and an adjustable Lagun table transforms the space into a dining nook. They also have built-in storage, and a pull-out extension with an extra cushion transforms the dinette into a U-shaped lounge. Additionally, one of the benches has a built-in storage drawer with a charging hub and plenty of space for laptops and other gadgets.
When you climb into the van, you can’t help but notice that this front area has a fairly low ceiling, and that’s because that’s where the main bed is located, mounted on a HappiJac electric bed lift system. And if you’re wondering where the seatbelt-equipped passenger seats are, one of the lounge benches easily converts to street-legal seating, so you can take your friends or family out for a ride legally. Jared Mancini, founder of Vancini Conversions, demonstrates the multi-functionality of the front area in the short walkthrough video embedded at the end of this article.

Venturing deeper into the van, you’ll discover a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space and modern appliances. Incredibly, not only do you get a sink, a two-burner induction hob, and a large compressor fridge, but also an induction air fryer/oven combo and an integrated dishwasher. In terms of style, the navy blue cabinetry is complemented by black hardware and white Corian countertops.
The bathroom in the back of the van is surprisingly spacious and features everything you’d typically find in a conventional bathroom, including a shower, a ceramic vanity, a toilet, and even a medicine cabinet. The shower has a stainless steel basin with a clear cedar insert, while the toilet is a Laveo dry-flush unit that slides out of a hidden compartment inside the adjacent garage space. The bathroom’s interior walls and the van’s rear doors are clad in weatherproof FRP panels.
As for plumbing, this van features not one, but two fresh water tanks holding approximately 56 gallons of water, a 28-gallon gray water tank, gravity and pressure fill, and a two-stage water filtration system.

It’s pretty obvious that the builders of this van have thought of every little detail, so a fantastic hydronic underfloor heating system and a 48V air conditioner ensure optimum temperature control inside this home on wheels. In addition, the van has an improved locking system, with Thunderbolt locks on all doors, a 100Ah 48V secondary alternator, a skylight above the bed, a wall-mounted TV/monitor and an intricate lighting system.
This feature-packed Vancini Conversions camper is the kind of home on wheels that truly lets you embrace the open road and live life to the fullest, following any path you choose. The company doesn’t list a total cost for this conversion, but we imagine it will easily top the $250,000 guideline.
