This Pixel 9 Pro Fold arrived earlier and gave us a glimpse of its presentation

Waiting for the Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold to hit stores next month? One customer just got his hands on the device more than a week early. The phone arrived unfolded — unlike the previous Pixel Fold — in a much thinner and squarer box.

Other than the change in the size and shape of the box and the way the phone was placed inside, the rest of the unboxing is pretty standard. You take the case off to get to the box and the other bits and pieces are found under the phone.

According to the person who received the phone early, Pixel 9 Pro The Fold uses a different glass for the inner screen, but most importantly, the crease in the middle of the screen is much improved compared to the previous Fold. The bezels are also much more pleasant to look at.

Personally, I'm still not sold on foldables. I feel like it's a type of phone that not many people really want, but companies are determined to make. Yes, the extra screen space is nice in theory, but the fold that no one has gotten rid of just bothers me too much.

Still, as you can see above, improvements are clearly being made. And if you really want a foldable device, then this is Pixel 9 Pro Fold looks to be a solid phone. It has good specs, especially the 120Hz OLED display and 16GB RAM.

Not to mention, Google is also introducing Gemini – its flagship AI model – to the entire Pixel 9 family. Apple, on the other hand, has yet to make a foldable phone. And Bloomberg's industry insider Mark Gurman claims Apple Intelligence is disappointing compared to Gemini.

This makes the Pixel 9 Pro Fold is a no-brainer for anyone who wants the latest AI-powered foldable phone and perhaps one of the best phones worth buying today.
