This year, Samsung is going to shake up its flagship tablet lineup: both Galaxy Tab S10 tablets will use the Dimensity 9300+ instead of the traditional Snapdragon chipset (in case you haven't heard, there won't be a standard Tab S10). However, some things will remain the same, like the charging speeds of both tablets.
Last year's Galaxy Tab S9 models supported 45W charging. Certification details from Chinese company 3C reveal that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ (SM-X820) and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra (SM-X926C) will also support 45W charging.

The certification states that the tablets will be sold without a charger (which is no surprise), so you'll need your own USB-PD charger – according to the 3C listing, the tablets require 10V and 4.5A. Nothing is known about the battery capacity, but we don't expect any major changes compared to the Tab S9 series.
Samsung hasn't set an official launch date for the Tab S10 series yet, but current expectations are for an October launch. We've seen speculative renders of the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra and it looks almost exactly like the Tab S9 Ultra, at least on the outside.
