The Redmi Note 14 Pro may have just been certified by 3C in China with support for 90W wired fast charging (a nice upgrade from the Redmi Note 13 Pro’s 67W). The device in question bears the model number 24115RA8EC. This is of course the version that will be sold in China, as confirmed by the final “C” in the model number.
The Redmi Note 14 Pro has so far been rumored to feature the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, which was made official by Qualcomm yesterday. It will actually be the first phone to use this SoC when it launches in China next month. Its predecessor used the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, and compared to that, the new chipset has a 20% faster CPU, 40% faster GPU, and 30% better AI performance.
The global version of the Redmi Note 14 Pro will feature a triple camera setup at the back that will include a telephoto lens. The Chinese model will feature a macro camera instead. These are all the rumors that have surfaced so far. We will keep you updated when we know more.
