If you’re a die-hard Ferrari fan, you’ll have noticed some of the new features. These include the new front and rear fenders, which have become much thicker. Compared to the standard supercar, the tuned one is 2.4 inches (60 mm) wider at the front and 4.7 inches (120 mm) wider at the rear.
Other add-ons include the front spoiler with a visible carbon finish, which increases stability at high speeds. The new trunk lid spoiler with integrated air ducts improves airflow and you could also order your Ferrari 296 GTB with a Novitec exposed carbon rear wing. The diffuser is also new and you also get air intakes on the front fenders for better brake cooling.
Novitec has teamed up with Vossen for the umpteenth time, so this Italian stallion also gets some new wheels. The NF11 NL set measures 9.5×21 inches at the front axle and 12.5×22 inches at the rear and has been wrapped in 255/30 and 335/25 tires, respectively. The car sits about 1.4 inches (35 mm) closer to the ground thanks to the new sport springs, and the optional nose lift system can raise the front of the car about 1.6 inches (40 mm) at the push of a button, returning to the original ride height manually or automatically upon reaching 50 mph (80 km/h).

An all-new exhaust system has also been introduced, along with high-flow turbo intakes and 100-cell metal catalysts. This increases the car's power by 37bhp (38 ps/28 kW) to 855 hp (868 ps/638 kW). The Ferrari 296 GTB's 3.0-liter V6 can be revved up to 8,500 rpm and is capable of developing 654 hp (663 ps/488 kW). The electric motor develops 165 hp (167 ps/123 kW), and the model enjoys a combined torque of 546 lb-ft (740 Nm) and 818 hp (830 ps/610 kW).
Unfortunately, Novitec has refrained from releasing acceleration numbers, but its tuned 296 GTB should be a hair quicker than the stock one. The standard model does 0-62 mph (100 km/h) in 2.9 seconds and 0-124 mph (200 km/h) in 7.3 seconds before hitting over 205 mph (330 km/h), its top speed.
There are also exclusive interior upgrades on the tuner’s shelves for this model for additional customization, and interested parties can choose from various upholstery designs and colors. It all probably costs a small fortune, so if you contact Novitec asking how much these upgrades cost, be sure to leave a comment below and let us know those numbers.
