HMD is set to launch a new phone that will clearly take design cues from the Nokia N9. This will be the second model to sport this look after the Skyline, which was launched just a month ago.
The new phone will arrive in green and purple colours, and we think it could be another mid-ranger from HMD, considering the simple dual-camera setup.
A mysterious new phone from HMD
The new phone does not appear to be the leaked HMD Hyper as the placement of the LEDs on the camera island is different.
We have almost no idea what this device will be called or what specifications it will have, but the company is planning a new launch event in China, where we might learn more about the phone.
The event will take place on August 28 and the Finnish brand will also present HMD Barbie, a classic hot pink phone based on the Nokia 2660 Flip designed in collaboration with Mattel.
