Google has announced that it will be bringing its entire lineup of new devices that the company announced at an event yesterday to India. This includes the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL, Pixel 9 Pro Fold, Pixel Watch 3, and Pixel Buds Pro 2. This is somewhat unprecedented as the company had previously only brought select devices to the Indian market.
Among these devices, the Pixel 9 and more specifically the Pixel 9 Pro XL are available for pre-order on Flipkart and retail partners starting today and will hit shelves from August 22. The remaining devices will be available later this year.

The company also announced launch offers on the new devices. All Pixel 9 devices will get one year of Google One AI Premium subscription. There will also be banking offers of up to INR 10,000 and a 12-month no-cost EMI available through ICICI Bank credit cards. Bajaj Finance will also offer interest-free loans for up to 18 months.
Google also announced that it will significantly expand its offline retail presence in India with this launch, with Croma and Reliance outlets now joining Flipkart as official retail partners. Google is also opening three retail centres, one in New Delhi and one in Bengaluru today and a third in Mumbai soon after. These will provide sales and after-sales service for all Google, FitBit and Nest products, regardless of where the devices are purchased.

Finally, the company also announced official price cuts on its previous-generation Pixel devices, going all the way back to the Pixel 7a. Of course, you can usually get them for even less during sales.
