While Forza Motorsport is struggling to get its Steam daily user count up to 800 concurrent players, Forza Horizon 5 is thriving, with over 17,000 active players in the last 24 hours. Even though it’s been nearly three years since its November 2021 release, it shows no signs of slowing down, unlike its Motorsport sibling. Recently, first-party Xbox developer Playground Games, which is also working on the upcoming Fable title, added four awesome races to FH5, which you can unlock until September 12.
The 2022 Ford Focus ST is the first offer and you can still get it until August 22 if you earn 20 points during the first week of the summer season in the High-Performance Dailies Festival playlist.
This version has been revamped, but it does more than just sit there and look pretty. It has a 2.3-liter turbocharged engine that boasts 276 horsepower, capable of taking you from 0 to 62 mph or 100 km/h in 5.5 seconds. It should also perform well on the track, given its agile handling.
Earn 20 points during the High-Performance Dailies Fall 2nd Week playlist between August 22 and 29, and you’ll be rewarded with the 2023 Toyota Camry TRD. You know, the one with the 3.5-liter V6 engine that makes 301 horsepower and 267 lb-ft or 362 Nm of torque. For a $34.5K sedan, it wasn’t half bad on the drag strip either, hitting 60 mph from a standstill in 5.6 seconds.
Another Ford hatchback returns, this time as the 2023 Fiesta ST. The fuel-efficient little 1.5-liter Ecoboost turbocharged engine was no joke, making 197 hp (140 kW) and 236 lb-ft (320 Nm) of torque. It’s highly customizable, which is why fans love this powerful little hot hatch. You can unlock it by earning an additional 20 points between August 29 and September 5 during the Week 3 Winter Season Playlist.
Finally, we have one of the great modern American cars, which you can drive if you get 20 points during the Spring Season Playlist Week 4 between September 5 and 12. The 2021 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat is one incredible looking car. Off-road It's the most threatening thing there is; at least at that moment.
Powered by the famed 6.2-liter HEMI V8 engine from the legendary Hellcat drag racing monster, this supercharged performance SUV can pump out a whopping 710 horsepower and 470 lb-ft or 637 Nm of torque. All of this immense power is sent to all four corners via an 8-speed automatic transmission.
This beast's 0-60 mph time is 3.5 seconds and it tops out in a straight line at 180 miles or 290 kilometers per hour. It's even more impressive when you consider that it weighs 8,700 pounds or 3,946 kilograms.
If you have a serious sound system with a heart-pounding subwoofer, maybe turn it up just a little so you can feel like that supercharged V8 is powering your living room. As long as the bass doesn't move your neighbor's furniture, of course.
