Cadillac has unveiled the 2025 Escalade, and now it has released pricing. The model starts at $89,590. That's what customers have to pay for the Luxury trim with 2WD. The V-Series version sits at the opposite end of the spectrum as the most expensive of the Escalades.
Cadillac has come up with an improved Escalade, bringing new technology on board, including a 55-inch display. A new design and the largest wheels ever offered on an Escalade, 24-inch units, are also on the menu.
General Motors has decided to keep the V8 engines, but this time it has dropped the 3.0-liter turbodiesel due to falling demand. There will be six trim levels in the range: Luxury, Premium Luxury, Sport, Premium Luxury Platinum, Sport Platinum and the top-of-the-line V-Series.
The base version is the Escalade with Luxury trim and 2WD, which starts at $89,590. Those who want the 4WD the version will have to pay 92,590 dollars.
Further up the range, customers will find the Premium Luxury version with 2WD for $98,790 or 4WD for $101,790. Meanwhile, the Sport version starts at $99,390 as a 2WD and $3,000 more as a 4WD.

The first major price gap in the range is as follows. Cadillac offers the Premium Luxury Platinum 2WD for $118,390, while the 4WD is $121,390. The Sport Platinum is $500 more expensive.
The most expensive of the range is the Cadillac Escalade V-Series, available only with all-wheel drive. The top-of-the-line version starts at $161,990. That's well above the price of the Mercedes-AMG Performance GLS 63 seven-seater Off-road with 603 horsepower, starting at $149,500, but below the Maybach version, which costs $178,450.
Powered by a 376-cubic-inch (6.2-liter) V8 engine, the supercharged Escalade-V delivers 682 horsepower (691 metric horsepower) and 653 foot-pounds (885 Newton meters) of torque.
All other versions get 420 horsepower (425 metric horsepower) and 460 pound-feet (624 Newton meters) of torque from the V8 engine. Regardless of trim, the engine is mated to a ten-speed automatic transmission. Independent front and rear suspension and Magnetic Ride Control 4.0 equip the all-new Escalade.
Customers can also choose one of three new color options introduced with the updated Escalade, which the automaker calls its most iconic SUV: Aegean Stone, Deep Sea Metallic and Latte Metallic.
The 2025 Cadillac Escalade will go into production later this year at General Motors’ Arlington Assembly Plant in Texas, which will celebrate its 70th anniversary next year. The first customers will take delivery of their SUVs in the first quarter of 2025.
