Apple is reportedly aiming to launch its next product on September 10, when the iPhone 16 family will debut alongside new watches and AirPods. The information comes from Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, a generally very reliable source for Apple news.
If the event does indeed take place on September 10, then the new devices will be released on September 20. This is all coming from “people familiar with the situation,” as Apple has not officially announced anything about its upcoming event. The company also declined to comment on this information.
The iPhone 16 models will all get a new capture button (Sony salutes you) and some camera improvements, which were detailed in a leak yesterday. Of course, there should also be new chips, as well as slightly larger displays. Naturally, the new devices will also come with Apple Intelligence features.
The Apple Watch X or Apple Watch Series 10 will have larger displays while being thinner, and the vanilla AirPods will come in two models, one of them with noise cancellation for the first time in the non-Pro series.
