With all the reports about Samsung's upcoming budget S-series phone, its launch seems imminent, and another leak has just confirmed that it is indeed on the way.
Galaxy S24 FE Launch in October, Galaxy A16 in December
A new report from South Korea suggests that the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is set to launch globally in October. But that's not all – Samsung is also expected to launch the affordable Galaxy A16 in December, continuing the trend from last year when the Galaxy A15, one of the best budget phones, was launched in December 2023. While details on the Galaxy A16 are still scarce, we have a pretty solid idea of what to expect from the Galaxy S24 FEFirst of all, the screen size of the new model is expected to increase from 6.4 inches to 6.7 inches. Additionally, rumors suggest that Samsung will offer the phone in five bright colors:

In terms of AI, the S24 FE is said to come with Samsung's latest technology to improve everything from image capture and editing to battery life and overall performance.
Considering the previous releases, a market launch in October is expected for the Galaxy S24 FE seems quite likely. Both the original Galaxy S20 FE and last year’s Galaxy S23 FE debuted in October, so it makes sense that Samsung would also like to release the new Fan Edition this fall.
